Tobbert Dalonbian

Tobbert Dalonbian was president of the Extragalactic Society, an institute searching for extragalactic life, in 22 BBY. When scientific funding was restricted by the Galactic Republic's General Ministry across all of its institutes in that year, a clearly disconsolate Dalonbian reported that the Society would have to close most of its offices and rely on droid-based methods of operation. Dalonbian shared a last name with the Dalonbian sector of the Outer Rim Territories.

Tobbert Dalonbian was introduced in HoloNet News Vol. 531 #47, an installment of the HoloNet News website released on March 14, 2002.
