The Tipoca City Military Complex contained an array of facilities, including the Central Armory, the Genetic Records Hall, the embryo room, a training course for tests including the Citadel Challenge, the cafeteria, the clone DNA room, and the Egg Lab. Various hangars and barracks were also located there, including the barracks used by Clone Force 99.
