The Third Fleet was a fleet in the Imperial Navy that was commanded by Grand Admiral Balanhai Savit from the Star Destroyer Firedrake.
The Third Fleet was composed of at least four Star Destroyers. The ISD Firedrake served as the flagship of the fleet and was commanded by Grand Admiral Balanhai Savit himself and Captain Boulag, while the Harbinger was commanded by Captain Gilad Pellaeon, the Misthunter by Captain Rasdel, and the Stormbird by Captain Lochry.
During the time of the Lothal campaign, the Firedrake was used in the anti-piracy campaign in the Esaga sector and as a meeting point for Savit, fellow Grand Admiral Thrawn, Grand Moff Tarkin, Director Krennic, and a hologram of the Emperor. After a skirmish with the Chimaera, the Third Fleet was in disarray with Savit removed from command. Lochry and the Misthunter were dispatched to Aloxor to neutralize Savit's associates, while Boulag in the Firedrake transported Savit himself to Coruscant for a board of inquiry from Imperial High Command.
Pellaeon and the Harbinger were ordered to assist Thrawn on Lothal by Emperor Palpatine, and ultimately participated in the battle there that resulted in the Liberation of Lothal by rebel forces. During the battle on Lothal, Pellaeon and the Harbinger were neutralized by purrgil controlled by the Jedi Ezra Bridger.
