Theed Royal Academy


The structure included a building with a rectangular floorplan that had tan walls and a flat turquoise roof with a small central dome, in keeping with the architectural style of the rest of the city. The academy also include a library, although it was not as comprehensive as the library at the Theed Royal Palace.

In the current Star Wars canon, the Royal Academy was first mentioned in "Theed: Naboo's Capital City," an article in the "Guide to the Galaxy" department of the twenty fourth issue of De Agostini's Star Wars: Build the Millennium Falcon magazine, which was released on around June 17, 2015 It was then pictured in canon in the 2016 reference book Star Wars: Complete Locations as part of material reprinted from the 2000 reference book Inside the Worlds of Star Wars: Episode I, which was written by Kristin Lund, illustrated by Richard Chasemore and Hans Jenssen, and marked the first mention of the academy in the Star Wars Legends continuity. The full name of Theed Royal Academy was introduced in "Naboo," part of Altaya's line of Star Wars Encyclopedias was released on October 16, 2020.
