During the Clone Wars, a band of Scourge pirates operated out of the frozen planet Orto Norwe in the Mid-Rim. The leader of the group, a Trandoshan named Nukss, and all but one of his men were slain by the Nightbrothers Savage Opress and Darth Maul.
During the Galactic Civil War, the organization was led by Chalmer Trillili. The gang employed a fleet of six stolen Skipray Blastboats, a modified space barge, a gravity well-equipped container ship called the Impasse, and Chalmer's own YT-1300 light freighter. The gang was secretly hired by Imperial Mining, Ltd. to guard the planet Alluuvia.
