The Other was was a prominent member of an extragalactic droid society named Silentium, alongside the One. A fifty-kilometer droid capable of traversing galaxies and possessing an incredibly long lifespan, the Other set out with the rest of his people in 3 BBY to track down the One's "son," Vuffi Raa, a young Silentium created to travel through the galaxy and learn as much as he could about the various cultures and civilizations he found. Along with the One and the Rest, the Other helped track Vuffi Raa down in the ThonBoka nebula, in doing so disrupting a battle between the Galactic Empire and the native Oswaft.
