The Matter of Using Toydarian Territory to Aid the Shipment of Relief Supplies to the Citizens of Ryloth was a topic of debate proposed by the Galactic Republic Senator Bail Organa and Junior Representative Jar Jar Binks during their mission to request aid from Toydaria's King Katuunko and his Ministers. The two wished for the Toydarians to allow the Galactic Republic to use their territory as a staging ground for relief efforts on the planet Ryloth.
