The Archivist's office was a room on the Vermillion, the Fortress-Flagship of Crimson Dawn, that was used by "the Archivist" when she served as Lady Qi'ra's advisor on matters related to the Force and the Sith during Qi'ra's attempts to destroy the Sith Lords Darth Sidious and Darth Vader. After being recruited by Qi'ra, the Archivist researched in her office for information on Jedi Grandmaster Yoda, who Qi'ra believed had survived the Great Jedi Purge and would be helpful to her and her goals.
Between 3 ABY and 4 ABY, the Archivist was present in her office when she sent a message to the archaeologist Kho Phon Farrus about acquiring the Spark Eternal, an artifact of the Ascendant cult. Sometime later, when the Archivist was in her office, the rogue archaeologist Doctor Chelli Lona Aphra, who was actually possessed by the Spark Eternal at the time, arrived in the office to retrieve more Ascendant tech that was stored aboard the Vermillion. The Spark acquired the Ascendant's Null Blade from the office, but was cornered in the office by a team assembled by the smuggler Sana Starros to save Aphra.
