The Agasar

The Agasar was a band that existed by the Imperial Era whose repertoire included the songs "Eerin Siinaa," "Eseerin Vasahina," "Hohochu," and "Sugaan Essena." By 14 BBY, the band's music was listened to by various inhabitants of the galaxy, including Cal Kestis, a rigger on the Mid Rim junkyard planet Bracca, as well as the viewers of the gladiatorial competitions on Ordo Eris, the space station headquarters of the Haxion Brood criminal syndicate.

In 9 BBY, the band's songs were included on the setlist music producer Ashe Javi and their partner droid DD-EC played at the Pyloon's Saloon cantina on the Outer Rim planet Koboh.

The Agasar, albeit unidentified, was first heard in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, a 2019 video game published by Electronic Arts. The band was later identified in Fallen Orders 2023 sequel, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, also published by Electronic Arts.

The Agasar's music is performed by the Mongolian rock band The Hu. The developers of Fallen Order were impressed with the band's signature sound, with composer Gordy Haab stating that for a rock band to exist in Star Wars, it must sound both familiar as well as unique.
