If the dyad in the Force was prophesied generations before the New Republic Era, would it not be in the culture of the Sith Order, not the Sith Eternal, because with the first death of Darth Sidious and death of Darth Vader during the incursion over Endor, the Sith Order was destroyed and I believe Sidious would have created the Sith Eternal after his mysterious return on Exegol, even though it was not confirmed when it was established.
