The Tactical Training Facility would often change hands between Imperial and Rebel forces.
Located at the foot of the Dregan's Pike on the planet Corellia, the Tactical Training Facility was a military base contested between Galactic Empire and Rebel Alliance forces during the Galactic Civil War. Following the Battle of Restuss, the facility was the site of regular fighting between both factions. Each faction would vie for control of the facility by securing each of its four terminals, codenamed Alpha, Beta, Delta, and Gamma.
The Tactical Training Facility appeared in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, prior to its closure on December 15, 2011. The Tactical Training Facility was added to the game with the release of "Chapter 2: The Talus Incident," on August 1, 2006. It was one of the three main base's that players of each faction could capture, along with the Naboo Weapons Development Facility and the Talus Weapons Depot.
