The art and illustrations used in the game, as well as some information, were adapted from the book Star Wars: Complete Locations. Galactic Spy also includes elements from Star Wars: The Clone Wars and the rest of the Star Wars Expanded Universe. The game also features cameos from Lucasfilm Ltd.'s Indiana Jones and Willow franchises.
