- The book states that rather than becoming a part of the Imperial Navy, Jan Dodonna retreated to his homeworld of Commenor. This contradicts A New Hope: The Princess, the Scoundrel, and the Farm Boy and Star Wars: Rogue One: The Ultimate Visual Guide, which both state that Dodonna served in the Imperial Navy.
