Squill liver salad was a salad made of livers of squills. When Porcellus made squill liver salad for Jabba the Hutt, he preferred livers from mountain squills, as he considered livers from desert squills to be too rubbery. During the Galactic Civil War, Porcellus sent a spacer to the area known as Squill Sanctuary to kill several mountain squills and bring him their livers to cook this salad for Jabba the Hutt.
