The Spectrader Ring was a criminal gang that operated on at least thirty planets. At one time, it was led by Andews Rolo, until he was incarcerated on the prison moon Captivity. A Grand Moff keep him alive as an incentive to hold over the new leaders of the Spectrader Ring.
