Specter-12 was the codename of a humanoid male who was rumored to be part of a government black-ops unit before joining the Specialists mercenary unit; Specter-12's training was unlike anything seen during the Galactic War. He commanded the Ghost Squad unit, which consisted of snipers and intel analysts. He and the rest of the Specialists were killed on the planet Makeb.
