Sommin City was the capital city on the planet Seltos. The government building was named Freedom Hall, and it was the location of the Star Hotel and 12 Galactar Route. It was home to the largest group of Tarro remnants in the galaxy, number seven individuals.
The city is referred to as Somin City in Galaxy Guide 12: Aliens — Enemies and Allies.
