The Solitair planetary security center was a military command center of the Garwian Unity located underground on their capital planet of Solitair. During the skirmish above Solitair, Chiss officers Thrawn and Ar'alani advised the native Garwian species on how to defeat Lioaoin pirates. Thrawn and Ar'alani believed they were only helping the Garwians defend their planet. However, the Lioaoins had actually come to Solitair to negotiate terms of surrender, and the Garwians planned to use the knowledge shared by Thrawn and Ar'alani to conquer Lioaoin territory.
