Skulk was a male criminal who was an associate of Sisay, a gang leader on Aloxor. Skulk helped Sisay to capture Eli Vanto and Brierly Ronan, two newcomers to the town of Tiquwe, who, unknown to the criminals, were sent by Imperial Grand Admiral Thrawn on a mission to investigate outgoing shipments for Project Stardust. When Sisay turned against their captives, the undercover Imperial Security Bureau agent Dayja Collerand, posing as a slicer named "Mole," knocked Skulk and the other gang members unconscious.
