Darth Maul at the academy
The Brotherhood of Darkness used it to train Sith assassins and spies, including Umbaran shadow spies. These initiates had a greater aptitude in the Force than their brethren in the academies on Honoghr, Gentes, and Gamorr. Here, recruits learned to use the dark side for secrecy, deception, and manipulation. Those who survived the rigorous training became deadly assassins, preferring use of the dark side to kill rather than with physical force.
During the Clone Wars, various Sith reunited at the academy ruins, including Darth Maul and his brother, Savage Opress, and Varad Zagg. At this point, an unidentified Jedi Knight infiltrated it after finding pieces of a Sith holocron, required to open the door to the academy, and defeating various Dark Acolytes near the entrance. Once inside, the Jedi Knight fought four training droids, before moving on to Varad, who created illusions of Ahsoka Tano, Anakin Skywalker and Mace Windu. The brothers were also defeated.
