Silandra's shield

By the time the shield came into Silandra's possession, it had been passed down from master to Padawan for hundreds of years and had previously been wielded by the Jedi Bran Ath'Morath, who fought the Sith Lord Darth Caldoth, and carried by a Jedi Knight who ventured so far beyond the Outer Rim he did not return for two decades. Silandra used the shield during the Battle of Jedha and used it in single combat with the assassin Mytion, the leader of the Brotherhood of the Ninth Door, in a duel in the chamber of Kyber Mirrors beneath Jedha City.

Several years later, Silandra hid the shield on Batuu and challenged her Padawan, Rooper Nitani to find and recover it to pass her trials of knighthood. Rooper did so successfully and Silandra asked her to keep the shield for herself until she was ready to pass it on to her own Padawan learner in the future.
