Shatterpoint

Shatterpoint was a Force ability that could be used to sense the significance of an event, though it also referred to key moments where actions could change events. Jedi Master Mace Windu had the ability to detect shatterpoints. While speaking with Anakin Skywalker, Supreme Chancellor Sheev Palpatine suggested that Windu's lack of empathy may be his shatterpoint. Maul was involved with a shatterpoint on Malachor during the Imperial Era. When the shuttle Tydirium landed on the Sanctuary Moon, Darth Sidious sensed someone on board that was a shatterpoint and would have a great role in the course of fate.
