Sh'nar Qwasba was a Siniteen female scientist and professor who served as the president of the Galactic Agricultural Alliance during the High Republic Era. Qwasba attended the Agricultural Alliance's annual meeting on the Starlight Beacon space station. When two of the Alliance's scientists began fighting on Starlight's main concourse, Qwasba was informed of the brawl by her assistant, arriving as the station's head of security, Ghal Tarpfen, stunned the scientists. Qwasba was furious at the action, but Administrator Velko Jahen attempted to calm her. The conversation was interrupted, however, when the station's personnel were summoned to the dining facility by Jedi Master Estala Maru due to an ongoing riot.
