Separatist command shuttles were a type of shuttle used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars against the Galactic Republic. Separatist General Kleeve used a command shuttle to flee from the planet Kaller after Jedi Master Depa Billaba and her Padawan Caleb Dume led Republic forces to victory against the Separatists there. Seeing the shuttle escape, Dume and Billaba recognized it meant he had surrendered. However, after the Battle of Coruscant, the Confederacy launched another siege of Kaller, but the Republic managed to defeat the Separatists.
