The Sentient Beings Opposing Violence was a peace organization, that operated during the time of the Galactic Republic. During the Clone Wars, they organized a conference in the Cularin system, with the Jedi Order.
The SBOV was established roughly ten years before the Clone Wars and aimed to stop aggression and violence throughout the galaxy. They viewed the Jedi Order as a dangerous, state-sanctioned cult, so during the Clone Wars, they organized a conference with the Jedi in the Cularin system, aboard the Luxury, a liner. However, the Dark Jedi Raik Muun disrupted the conference and tried to use t'salaks to enrage the visiting Jedi and cause them to attack the SBOV delegates.
