Seismic pulse emitter

The seismic pulse emitter, also known as the seismic charge emitter was a device used by the Wookiee inhabitants of the moon Alaris Prime, following its colonization between 39 BBY and 36 BBY, The Wookiees used the moon's native maru as war mounts, equipping them with harnesses fitted with two bowcasters and a seismic pulse emitter.

In 22 BBY, when Alaris Prime was invaded by the Confederacy of Independent Systems, the Jedi Padawan Anakin Skywalker and the smuggler Bera Kazan allied with the Wookiees, who had been using the maru to evade the Separatists. Skywalker and Kazan rode a maru each to infiltrate a Separatist outpost, using their bowcasters and seismic charge emitters to destroy battle droids and gnasps they encountered on their path. Along with several Wookiees they also used maru and seismic charge emitters to defend a Wookiee village from a Separatist offensive.

Seismic charge emitters first appeared in the 2002 video game Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
