Security Guides worked in the Learning Circle and the Re-Learning Circle on Kegan, teaching the students the way of the General Good. They guarded both circles and stopped children from getting out. Obi-Wan Kenobi and Siri Tachi encountered a type of Security Guide, the Truant Guide, during a Truant Sweep when they were mistaken for school children and were stunned and then carried to the Learning Circle. Security Guides also helped in the brainwashing process in the Re-Learning Circle.
