The Ruling Council, also known as the Kaminoan government, was the governing body of Kamino—the extragalactic homeworld of the Kaminoan species located in the Outer Rim Territories. Its administrative office, including that of the ruling Prime Minister Lama Su's around the time of the Clone Wars, were housed in the main hub of Tipoca City, the planetary capital.
