The ReliaCharger was a model of power calibrator manufactured by Udrane Galactic Electronics. A common tool, it was used to evaluate the performance of equipment such as droids and power generators, and was capable of analyzing and repairing electronic circuitry. The ReliaCharger incorporated a circuit tester, connector rods, and a control computer, and was employed to maintain droids, vehicles, and starship computers.
The ReliaCharger could also be used to provide emergency power to a range of common technological devices. It was capable of powering devices such as datapads and holoprojectors for several days. The Reliacharger was also capable of power larger technology, but for more limited periods of time. A droid could be energized for up to ten hours, while a landspeeder could be run for half and hour.
