On Ahakista, in the tunnel system of Pyramid One Sardoth and Darca Nyl are dueling for the possession of the dark jedi Lycan's lightsaber. After taking the upper hand by hitting Nyl's shoulder the duel is interrupted by Darth Vader who after Force Pushing Nyl, easily defeated and killed Sardoth.
Meanwhile on the surface of the planet, Wyl Tarson, Laynara and Baco Par are trying to infiltrate on Pyramid One to destroy The Hub. While they manage to lockbreak the comport, Imperial Stormtroopers were able to kill Baco and capture Tarson and Laynara, After making a deal with Darth Vader to release Laynara and crush the bomb in his head, Tarson becomes a Vader's agent.
