Living incognito as a local mechanic workshop owner, Rallo and his daughter Mala were firm supporters of the Rebel Alliance and smuggled goods to the fledgling Rebellion. When the biased Imperial captain Turrant tried to arrest Rallo and his group without cause, a battle soon ensued.
