RA-7-D4 was an RA-7 protocol droid who served aboard the First Order Resurgent-class Star Destroyer Finalizer as a spy for the Resistance. In the year 34 ABY, it translated and logged IT-000-XZ 1594's report on the interrogation of Poe Dameron, which the droid sent to C-3PO, who operated the Resistance's droid spy network.
Manufactured by Arakyd Industries, RA-7-D4 stood 1.7 meters in height and was equipped with a network interface port and broadband photoreceptors featuring antiglare coating.
