Quadanium steel, or simply quadanium, was a metallic substance. It was used in the construction of ships and battle stations.
The hull of the Death Star was made of rectangular plates of quadanium. Some catalyst reactant cradles had a quadanium sheath. The First Order flagship Supremacy had quadanium armor plating. The solar arrays of TIE fighter wings were framed by rigid quadanium steel foil as well.
