With the help of Jedi Wayseeker Orla Jareni, Puw and the Nihil's Storm was killed, and Jareni placed the remaining Nihil in .
Puw appeared in the comic The High Republic (2021) 7, written by Cavan Scott, penciled by Georges Jeanty, and published by Marvel Comics on July 28, 2021. The comic shows Puw and two other Nihil, a Devlikk and a Draethos, participate in the attack, with the Storm giving an order to Puw; however, there is no indication as to which of the two Nihil was being referred to.
