Purple glandis flower juice was first introduced in the 2018 junior novel Lando's Luck. The drink was later brought into the real world as an alcoholic cocktail available in fall, 2023 at Oga's Cantina in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland in Anaheim, California. At Oga's Cantina, its menu description read, "Hendrick's Gin, Crème de Violette Liqueur, Elderflower Liquor, White Cranberry Juice, Lime Juice."
