Pirate alarm

The pirate alarm was an alarm system utilized on the supertanker fuel depot Colossus to warn of incoming pirate attacks. Its interface was made up of gray and yellow paneling with several buttons, a red lever that activated the station's blast shields and klaxons, as well as a microphone covered by a red hatch that read "alarm" in Aurebesh, which could be utilized to speak through the station's intercom. The lever had an additional Aurebesh label under it that said "caution."

In 34 ABY, the alarm was twice utilized to warn of attacks carried out by the Warbird gang. Later that same year, the Resistance spy Kazuda Xiono and Warbird spy Synara San spotted a control panel for the alarm while attempting to warn the residents of the Colossus of an imminent rokkna attack. Though briefly stalled by the station's security droids, San successfully pulled the alarm while Xiono spoke through its intercom to urge the platform's residents to safety. San also noted to herself that knowing the location of the alarm's interface was useful for the designs of the Warbird gang's plans.

The pirate alarm was first heard in "The Triple Dark," the third episode of Star Wars Resistance's first season, which released on Disney Channel on October 14, 2018. The alarm's physical interface made its first appearance in "Bibo," the twelfth episode of the same season, which premiered on Disney Channel on January 13, 2019.
