Phara was a female individual who served as a Marshal on the planet Vallt. During the Clone Wars, she contested the rule of the Keep with the incumbent monarch, King Chai. Phara aligned her faction with the Confederacy of Independent Systems, becoming the ruler of the Keep after a successful coup and Chai's death. Afterward, she sent a troop carrier to kidnap Galen Walton Erso. However, her pro-Separatist regime was deposed through Republic intervention shortly thereafter.
