Peleth was an individual who served as the Padawan of Jedi Master Silandra Sho many years before 382 BBY. She was lost on a dangerous mission. Sho later took another Padawan, Rooper Nitani, who heard of the fate of her Master's former apprentice from others at the Jedi Temple. The Jedi Master first mentioned her former apprentice to Nitani during a mission to the planet Gloam in 382 BBY, explaining that she had had a hard time learning to let go after losing her, noting that while training Padawans, the master would learn as much as the pupil. Nitani was curious, but avoided pressing for details, knowing that Sho would talk about it only when she wanted to do so.
