Paxaz Izhiq was a male Falleen criminal who worked on the planet Coruscant with Vinna Jiss, a GAR logistics center clerk, during the Clone Wars. After becoming separated from Jiss during a meetup, he was killed in a firefight with Clone commandos in what was chalked up to a "gang rivalry." It was believed by Kal Skirata and Jaller Obrim that he was most likely a member of Black Sun.
