The character is not present in the park, but his voice can be heard in certain areas. Godalhi originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where he first appeared in the 1998 novel Rebel Dawn, which was written by A. C. Crispin.
His name is an anagram of Pablo Hidalgo.
