Oprand Qwen was a Chagrian male Jedi Master who, during the High Republic Era, was stationed as the marshal on the planet Tiikae. Qwen and several other Jedi on Tiikae worked alongside the local deputy from the San Tekka clan, Jordanna Sparkburn. At a time when Qwen was the sole Jedi on the planet, the Nihil marauders attacked Tiikae after an Ugnaught family stole from them. The Jedi Master Cohmac Vitus, Jedi Knight Vernestra Rwoh, and Jedi Padawans Imri Cantaros and Reath Silas, received a distress signal from Tiikae, arriving to assist against the pirates.
