O'Harlan was a female cadet in Lothal's Academy for Young Imperials. She was assigned to Unit Esk, a unit in squad LRC077. O'Harlan made it through the Academy's orientation training period, but then withdrew from the institution for unknown reasons. She was later replaced with another cadet promoted from one of Lothal's other regional academies.
