Neurotransmitter Affection

Neurotransmitter Affection were a popular band during the time of the Galactic Republic. At one point, they played in the Theed Odeon in the city of Theed on the planet Naboo. During the band's performance of the song "Get Down" at the concert on Naboo, the band's performers stepped into antigrav columns.

Neurotransmitter Affection first appeared in the 2020 novel Queen's Peril, written by E. K. Johnston. The name of the band was inspired by that of the band My Chemical Romance. Johnston had previously joked about sending the characters of her previous novel, Queen's Shadow, to a concert in the vein of the Backstreet Boys, but received the chance to do so in Queen's Peril.
