The Moraband serpent was a type of snake from the Sith planet Moraband. During the Clone Wars on a mission to the planet, Jedi Master Yoda encountered Moraband serpents. They had the ability to cluster together into a much larger serpent consisting of hundreds of snakes and speak collectively. The serpents were conjured by the Force Priestesses and the power of the dark side of the Force in order to determine whether Yoda would train to preserve his identity after death.
