While the Eye was conducting his "experiments" with the Drengir, his remaining Nameless, and blight, he was confronted by the arrival of Jedi Knight Vernestra Rwoh. After she attempted to kill a Drengir that had began to calcify as a result of the Nameless' effects, Ro interrupted and stopped Rwoh, telling her to not interfere. While the Drengir died, because of its hive mind, it spread the husking to another Drengir, successfully completing what the Eye had wanted. Ro was picked up by his secretary Thaya Ferr in his flagship, the Gaze Electric, and departed the planet.
