The Meridian sector was a sector in the Outer Rim Territories region of the galaxy. It contained the Cybloc system, the site of the Cybloc Transfer Station In 19 BBY, the rogue Sith Maul and Savage Opress raided on the transfer station, seizing credits and a cargo ship. A distress call from the station reached the Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and Adi Gallia, who visited the Cybloc Transfer Station to investigate. Around 5 ABY, the New Republic pilot Chass na Chadic encountered a member of the Children of the Empty Sun cult which she was convinced had been a notorious bounty hunter from the Meridian sector.
