Memory spheres were information storage devices that came in the shape of small, colorful orbs. Emil Graf notably used such devices to collect information, which he then brought back to the Graf Archive. On one occasion, his Kowakian monkey-lizard Noni deliberately spilled a plate of memory spheres from Livno III so a duo of pursuing First Order stormtroopers would slip on them, thus preventing them from boarding Graf's starship, the Star Herald.
