After completely defeating the League on Jhantoria, he planned to raze Desevro to the ground, but was persuaded not to by Tiatiov. The Desevrar leader took Xim on a tour of the planet's fighting academies and showed Xim the efficiency of the planet's bureaucracy, persuading the king to spare the planet.
