The Lost Diary of Walter Emanus was a diary that was written by Professor Walter Emanus on his excavation of the Temple of Exar Kun, where he became enslaved to the spirit of Exar Kun. When a team of spacers attacked the Cult of Exar Kun in the temple catacombs, they found the pages of the diary.
The Lost Diary of Walter Emanus appeared in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, prior to its closure on December 15, 2011. The Lost Diary of Walter Emanus was added to the game along with the "Exar Kun" Heroic Encounter, introduced with the release of the "Chapter 9" update, on April 3, 2008. During the "Exar Kun" Heroic Encounter quest, pages of the diary were dropped by various NPCs, and when all the pages were put together, the player was given the Diary as a reward.
