When the shuttle Tampion was sent to the Fifth Battle Group bearing Han Solo, Logirth was charged with establishing a starfighter escort. To maintain tight security, Logirth chose and briefed the pilots for the mission only four hours before cockpit call. Despite his efforts, the reports of Belezaboth Ourn compromised the mission and allowed the Yevetha to capture Tampion.
